What are Multi-user accounts?
Multi-user accounts is a feature on bitcoin.com.au that allows you to add secondary users to your account. If you are the original account owner, you can add a secondary user to your account to allow them access to perform a variety tasks, depending on the role that you assign to them.
Secondary users you grant access to may include your family members, accountants, financial advisers, or employees.
What are the different levels of access?
There are five different roles to choose from when giving someone access to your account.

Viewer
A Viewer can view account details but cannot trade, withdraw, or make any changes to the account.

Trader
A Trader has the same access as a Viewer and can also place buy and sell orders.

Trader with restricted withdrawals
This user has the same access as a Trader, but can also withdraw crypto and fiat to addresses that have been withdrawn to before.

Trader with withdrawals
This type of user has the same access as a Trader with restricted withdrawals, but it can also add new bank accounts or crypto addresses to your address book and request withdrawals to new destinations.

Administrator
This user has the same access as the original account owner but cannot manage PayPal or credit card deposits.
How to add a new secondary user

Log in
Log in using your desktop browser, click Settings, then Manage users.

Add new secondary user
Click Add new secondary user, carefully read and accept the Multi-user Risk Disclosure and Account Authority Declaration.

Select role
Select a role for the secondary user and enter their email address.
